He knows flooring (he gives you options that is best for you and not necessarily his business sometimes), he knows the slab his flooring should sit on. If that is not done correctly, he will talk to the slab guys, work with them, heck, help them fix it so his tiles on top can go perfectly. His crew is courteous, they are on time and if there are any additional work he does over and top of the agreed, he is so reasonable pricing it.
