Ricky did a great job on my new flooring and baseboards! The customer service experience was truly A+ and his price was extremely competitive. I had a million questions in the beginning and he kindly answered all of them in a very timely manner. Rick did a GREAT job, he removed all old floor and installed new waterproof flooring that's looks AMAZING! He also fixed the old floor underneath that was damaged. He also moved furniture, since we are older and can't lift things like we use to. He is a very honest businessman, and I recommend his services to anyone that wants beautiful flooring. Thanks Rick

Costa Flooring Pros did an outstanding job replacing my old flooring with new WPC plank flooring. Ricky was great to work with. He was responsive to any questions or concerns and kept the project right on schedule. He explained everything that needed to be done to rectify the moisture issue I was having thru moisture testing and remediation. The installation was done efficiently and professionally. Excellent installation of 24x24ā floor tile. Crew was on time every work day, parked vehicles so as not to disturb neighbors. Cleaned up each evening, from outside, no one knew major project was underway inside house. Ricky kept us informed of project status, answered all questions completely and gladly, finished on time. We are completely satisfied with Costa Flooring Pros. My bride was so excited upon completion that she āwanted to adopt Ricky!!!ā (He is married with a family!). We had our entire upstairs and staircase done by Costa Flooring/Ricky. All of the carpet was removed and replaced with LVP and custom stair treads for the stairs. Ricky and his Team were super responsive during the entire process. They did an amazing job and focused on actual quality which is hard to find. Ricky was honest, straight forward, and punctual during the entire. Highly recommend if you value quality and customer service.
I have used Ricky for several projects with my work but started using him at my home. He is detail oriented, a perfectionist and all around good guy.
Ricky (and his guys) were great! Very professional from day one. We had old carpet and tile that we had replaced with vinyl plank flooring (approx over 1700 SQFT, with stairs). We appreciate him being flexible to work around our schedule, since we went out of town during the install. Midway into the project, Ricky broke his leg and still continued working daily-up and down on our floors all day. I highly recommend this company to anyone. Pricing was reasonable and in line with the industry. The quality of work is terrific! Everyone LOVES our new floors, but not as much as us!

I used Costa Flooring Pros to replace carpet in 3 bedrooms and closets with luxury vinyl. It was a comprehensive task for sure. Ricky came to my home 3 times prior to installation and we both made sure I would be happy with the end result. Work was finalized today, and happy is not the word. I am extremely satisfied with all aspects of the project. Ricky and his assistant were diligent, punctual and they absolutely did everything in their power to please me. They were efficient in the demolition process, they were careful with moving furniture and materials, and above all they did not leave without asking me if I needed help with anything else. They were patient with me measuring walls and making sure all pieces were where they were supposed to be. I purchased all materials from Ricky, as after I compared prices and quality his price came out less expensive. Yes I will recommend him to family and friends, in fact I already have. They both went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you for making my rooms look so beautiful.

Oh my gosh where do I start? I had my floor installed today. From the time I spoke with Ricky I just knew. He came in measured and gave me a quote, he was very professional and friendly. His price was fair. My appointment was 088-0830 he showed up at 0810 and as soon as he got there he started and Iāll tell he is no nonsense meaning he was very proficient, he was done by 2 pm. Can there be more that 5 stars !! Ricky's attention to detail and pride he takes in the work he does is exemplary. He knows flooring (he gives you options that is best for you and not necessarily his business sometimes), he knows the slab his flooring should sit on. If that is not done correctly, he will talk to the slab guys, work with them, heck, help them fix it so his tiles on top can go perfectly. His crew is courteous, they are on time and if there are any additional work he does over and top of the agreed, he is so reasonable pricing it. The finished floor for our lanai looks beautiful. 5+ stars. Good luck with your business Ricky. With your work ethic I have no doubt you will build a very successful and loyal clientele. They graded an uneven floor and made it impossible to tell itās not level and installed LVP throughout the entire condo with new baseboards. They also installed ceramic tile to our Lanai. They were meticulous in detail, very professional and fairly priced. We allowed for a few weeks as we were out of town but the entire job was done to perfection in one week!
